What this is and isn't
This is a methodology-driven sector overview based on classical Xuan Kong Period 9 logic, the locale-profiling stack documented at /methodology/locale-profiling, and Zhai's internal SG sector calibration set. It tells you which sectors structurally favour which trades over the 2024-2043 horizon, before you even shortlist specific units.
This isn't a unit-level audit. A sector being favourable doesn't mean every unit within it scores well — the actual unit's compass facing, layout, door placement, and signage position drive 50%+ of the Tier 1 score. For the unit-level analysis, commission a Tier 1 audit (S$99).
